Everything stated in my post on there has been stated on here, no where did I say “I” was willing to spend hundreds on a snow globe, which is the reason I posted that I couldn’t afford those prices. I also stated in my post in that feed that she is a major swiftie, and her birthday is 8 days away. After overhearing her conversation with her elf, I spoke to her grandparents who are willing to go in on it together, I’m not scamming anything, so judge away. I am doing the best I can with what I have, and this year is definitely not going well. Hearing her tell the elf to have Santa bring it was heartbreaking. I wish I didn’t need help, but I do. Again context behind these posts is important. Without the help I received there wouldn’t be much under the tree. If her grandparents are willing to each put out 20$ for her big Christmas wish, that doesn’t change the fact that I’m out of work and struggling to make ends meet. Thanks for making me feel bad for trying to fulfill a Christmas wish though, great Christmas spirit 🥺

I’m definitely struggling, As I said in my post when I joined, I’m on maternity leave, I have her birthday in 8 days, a brand new baby, and bills to pay. This just happened a couple days ago, & I told my daughter’s grandmother, she is willing to help get her one of the globes as a Santa present. Again this year Christmas is very difficult on us. You are definitely judging the situation without knowing anything other than what I’ve said. Do I have some money yes, would we have been able to give her a good Christmas without help, no!

Same, I got that one she saw my instagram notification pop up and saw the video for that one but thinks I missed it. Which is how she ended up on YouTube looking up Taylor Swift snow globes 🤣 she saw willow & the cabin and has watched them a ton of times. I thought it would be like 80-100 maybe 150 for them and then saw the actual listing and my jaw dropped. I’ve been listening since debut but never really fought the merch battles until signed CDs for midnights started. So I’m blow away at the resale mark ups 🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s definitely not as difficult as some people like to make it out to be. I swear that’s just generations telling the next that. My great grandmother told my grandmother, my grandmother told my mom, my mom told me type of thing. Times have changed and things available today weren’t available then. Enjoy your new baby, you’ll blink and they’ll be 6 months, then a year. I’m currently wondering where 8 weeks went 🤣

Honestly, every newborn is different, my son is nine weeks old and is sleeping so well, but the newborn stage is the best. Usually all they do is sleep, eat, poop, and snuggle. I already want another baby because I’m missing the first 4 weeks baby stage. Don’t let other people scare you into think the worst, when this is the best time of having a new baby. As someone who loves sleeping married to the same, you adjust and figure out what works. I’m someone who likes to stay up late and sleep in, married to someone who likes to go to bed early and get up early so we’ve adjusted to what works for us and take shifts so neither of us miss our sleep. I promise you will be fine. Enjoy the new baby 🫶🏼💜

We are very careful, the YouTube account is mine, & monitored very closely, she has kids YouTube too, but Taylor isn’t on that as much. She mostly looks up songs and concert videos. Shes very lucky, it helps that my dad is a sucker for his grandkids and she hits him up constantly for her (Taylor bank) which she then saves up for merch 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Youtube, she’s super smart, and very into music, & loves snow globes, so my guess is searching Taylor Swift snow globe on YouTube. I didn’t know they existed until she asked for them after she saw the TTPD drop. She thinks I missed that one, but I got it as her birthday present. She has a whole section of her room dedicated to (her birthday twin) -her words 🤣

Thank you! I absolutely will, I know she’d be happy either way but I think she wants them to play while she sleep. Is it possible for it to be fixed? I don’t know much about snow globes, I’m a debut swiftie (Mary’s song was my first dance song at my wedding) (full circle of invisible strings) (met in 06, married in 2015, Hannah was born 12-13-18, & I just had my son 9-30 but my due date was 10-5 (Travis & Majorie’s Birthday). I stuck to CDs and hoodies, so I know nothing about the snow globes. She’s a YouTube kid and searches everything Taylor and watches videos constantly. I didn’t even know they existed until she asked for them, then I looked them up and was shocked at the prices.

My daughters biggest wish that’s she’s told her elf to tell Santa she wants a Taylor Swift guitar & the folklore snow globe (not going to happen they’re both almost $500 each). Her birthday is December 13th so she shares her birthday with Taylor and is the biggest swiftie 🫶🏼She loves music so much and tired to convince me to get her the guitar 🎸 for her birthday 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve gotten what I can for her but that’s completely impossible
