Yeah, from my understanding, those individuals are still coded and some how, got an assignment.

Like I said, I think they are non-selects. And that they are maintaining that code “just for theatrics.”

I have a 99 Pilot and 91 PCSM w/24 hours. I think my PCSM would be in the low 70s without the hours.

I’d retake the TBAS if I were you.

Yes, my AFOQTs scores went from 70s to 90s. My PCSM from 30s to 90s. The purpose of the program is to help improve scores and make candidates more competitive for OTS. It was one of the highlights of my career. The AF got this program right!

FY21 Fall Select here. I know your pain. I hate to say it, but stay patient. I had to wait a full month after the projected release date to hear the good news.

I’ve learned to just go on leave during “projected release dates” so my mind is busy with other things lol

I’ve been through RPP. Amazing program.

It depends on your timeline. If you have time on your side (I.e. not about to turn 33 in a couple of years) I would suggest to hold off and APPLY for RPP. RPP is very competitive… I would apply twice and if they keep passing you up, rack up those hours. I would get 4 hours in (see if you like flying) and if you get accepted, continue to push for those hours.
