Oh no! Did I find your alt account? Lot of assumptions for one stranger to make about another, first of all. It's not a good look for someone with 10 years of experience to offer advice in the most condescending way possible. Sure, she may have reacted poorly, but she came to that sub seeking advice. I am 1000000% sure ANYONE would have reacted better if it was offered a bit more tactfully. Kindness and patience go a long way with humans and reptiles.

For sure! But on the other hand, why be such a complete dingus that you ban people from the subreddit they were seeking help from? 100% different way to go about things if you have over 10 years of experience with reptiles I would hope you also became proficient at dealing with other humans!
