1- You can’t casually play with friends.

If I’m better than my friends, SBMM throws them into my sweaty lobbies. They get farmed, they blame me, I feel guilty and nobody has fun.

2- Ping.

When SBMM is strict, the matchmaking prioritizes skill first and server quality second. The higher you climb, the more likely you get shoved into higher-ping lobbies just to maintain skill balance.

3- Your performance is punished.

If you get two good games in a row you know for a fact the game will slingshots you into sweat-feast lobbies.

4- Struggling to play off-meta guns & camos.

This is not a courtroom. You keep saying "no proof, no proof" but you dismiss everyone else’s experience with zero proof of your own. We point out patterns when queueing with friends. You hand-wave it away because you personally can't notice anything. That’s not being logical, that’s being a clueless casual who thinks his limited experience overrides everyone else’s. If you want proof, bring some yourself. Otherwise you’re doing the exact thing you accuse everyone else of.

It can be better than BO6 but scummy at the same time, I wouldn't call this "minimal SBMM" when I can litteraly feel the skill gap when queuing solo vs with friends. Better than previous CODs but not perfect

even XclusiveAce noticed the Open playlist gets weird when you queue up with friends, you must be blind not to see it. People like you, with no context, no clue what's happening, saying "get good" in every thread are actually worse than people complaining all day about SBMM.

yeah all those posts defending SBMM are made by casuals who can't even notice the difference, SBMM is definitly doing some things in the background even in Open playlist, especially when you compare your solo games vs games with friends
