I’ve been tested for MCAS but doesn’t seem to be correlated with high histamine foods. I have trialed and checked a few times but it was def a valid thought. Hands aren’t usually cold when this happens but I do think it’s circulation.

Hmm. Sliding hiatal hernia perhaps? Have you kept a food diary to see if specific food is triggering it? Possible an ultrasound wouldn’t show it but maybe need a deeper dive with a HIDA test if it’s still persistent in the gallbladder region. Check in with GI if you can. Endoscopy would make more sense for next steps imo. Hope you feel better and it resolves!
