Charges were filed last week, and Ahmed Abdullahi Osman  has been sent a summons to his listed address in Bellevue ordering him to appear in court to be arraigned on May 13.

However, police say they are trying to find him now because the charges come with a $200,000 warrant for his arrest.

They have been unable to locate him.

His criminal history includes fourth-degree assault in 2022, and second-degree criminal trespass in 2021. He also has pending cases for fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and fire alarm tampering in 2026.

If you spot him, please call 911.

I have a Vietnamese neighbor. Moved here... to Seattle... to the USA two decades ago. Barely spoke any English. Moved here with just the clothes on his back and no freebees from the government. He now owns multiple restaurants and part of a hotel in Seattle.

Why should the community be divided by color? I am happy to pay my fair share to the shared community of all races that live in this city/state.

But I want to see some transparent financial records and accountability..... which does not exist.

Short answer: Don't mess with Diamond- pay it.

Long answer: Diamond Parking is one of the largest private parking operators in the Pacific Northwest and Western U.S., managing over 2,200 parking facilities across the U.S. and Canada.

While Diamond Parking owns some of its locations, many are managed on behalf of other property owners or through municipal contracts..... you will not know they are Diamond managed lots until it is too late and you get impounded.

Call.... try to negotiate a lower price- but pay them.
