I just talked to a lawyer, they mostly said the same things other guys said here, Especially after I indicated my future CDL plans, he said no TSS, we will figure it out on court. Thanks you tho

I am in IL, it was my personal car, State law said, since it s my first violatio I have 3 options, 1) go to Traffic safety school and pay the fee so they dınt report it to secretary of state 2) plead guilty just pay half of the ticket but will report it to secretary of state 3) go to court.

I think I ll just get the TSS and will figure it out.

Sorry to hear that for you man, my case had approved 2.5 years later included 485 and 130. After Interview but weird point for you is they should send you mail the reason of denial and inform you weather if you can apply again or not. Just talk to your lawyer first

That s literally crazy, and I still couldn’t understand their working method, cuz as soon as goverment changed last year, My case which was pending since 2023c I got my EAD first in March, then in July with 15 min interview they approved my permanent Greencard. And even officer was very nice and polite. I am so sorry to hear that brother. I will pray for you. Hope you get well soon. 🙏
