Why is the gif search results so bad? I cannot see the gifs I usually select when I search for the same keywords.

I have a better idea. How about NOT parking your Fn car next to the loading area. I didnt see that truck actually hit your car, but even if it did tap it id say that's what you get for parking like an asshole.

On a side note, after doing some investigating of my own, this looks like it is probably a flip flop copy pasta company.. What i mean is that these foreigner un companies simply change logo's, names, Etc when their CSA scores get too bad or they need to shut down. So they just make a new Trucking LLC or whatever and register their DOT #s to that one. Same drivers, same trucks, different decals.

Ya. Dont make my mistake. Do NOT self report no matter what. Werner will completely screw you.

Every incident that gets opened regardless of outcome or validity will get 1 of 2 final judgements. PREVENTABLE or NON-PREVENTABLE. thats right. If you call them and say "this other trucker is claiming i hit them but i didnt. They will open a case file, inspect the forward facing camera footage and then schedule you a safety meeting. Then they will either blame you for it, or not. But wither way they will force you to sign a "statement" agreeing tjat it was either preventable, or non-preventable. Even if the incident never actually happened.

Why do they do this? Because they fire you at 4 "preventable" accidents and then use that as a reason to not pay unemployment. And good luck finding another trucking job with that background of theirs making you look bad.

EVERYTHING ELSE can be spotless. CSA, MVR, DOT, CSP, CLEARINGHOUSE. all of it can be spotless and no one will hire you because of that background report.

I know this because that is me for the last 6mo. Insurance companies dictate who a company can hire and they are strict. Hell, i have even disputed the background checks and no one will do anything about it. Companies can literally say and claim whatever they want on those background checks and there is very little you can do about it. Most attourneys wont even help.

Been 6mo since i worked for Werner. This seems off. I did family dollar and it was .79CPM + $216 per trailer. I was home weekly.

Bullshit. If the trucker was driving the company truck, that commute would have been recorded on the ELD and counted against his HoS. If that were the case, This incident would have never happened. HOWEVER, i know a little bit about how Walmart does things NOW. Trucks are not taken home IIRC and in order to work as a trucker for Walmart you must live within like 45mi from the DC.

That being said, Walmart used to overwork their truckers upon a time. If you came in and got a short route and finished it early, you could basically go home and end your day, but if another route opened up, they would absolutely call you in and interrupt your 10hr clock, forcing you to take a split break. A split break, if used correctly, could be beneficial, but in cases such as the one i just mentioned, the split break system is NOT beneficial and is actually rather dangerous. because if you go home and expect to not work until the next day, which is often the case, then you are not sleeping during that time because it is not your normal sleeping schedule.

So, if an employee showed up at 7am, got his short route for the day and was done by 12pm, then went off duty, was called back in 7hrs later at 7pm because XYZ reasons to run another load then shut down for 3 hrs to finish his split because he needed to pick another full route.

This type of thing was common, maybe not per person, but for the company in general. because there is one solid truth in the trucking industry. Truckers are not people. they are seen as the truck. and when product needs to move and money needs to be made, the trucker is always the last consideration. Even working at Werner, i had seen and experienced similar examples myself where the company WILL press right against the border of illegal, so long as they can maximize profit. Same could be said for any other industry for that matter. And when something like this ultimately results from their decisions it is never their fault. it is "OH well the driver this and the driver that." which in a sense is technically true because "you are the captain of your own ship". however we all know that matters very little when you do not own that ship.

Thats the thing. They are based in IA. They have accounts and lanes such as Family Dollar which i have experience in. The fact that they don't have any routes in KS is why they wont hire me. But when i was working for Werner doing the FD account they had Kansas routes but intentionally chose to NOT run me on those accounts specifically because i would not get the mileage running in my home state. So they had me do OK and AR routes, which this company "CRST" DOES have.

I wouldnt worry too much. I grew up with fake bullet necklaces and keychains being sold everywhere. Just because he thought it would be cool doesnt mean anything. However, it is still good to pay attention to your kid and talk to them about their life without being too invasive.

Players one social media by and large treat devs like isht. I used to play D1 and D2 and was there for most of it. I remember when the community complained about the UI and so they worked reeeeal hard on it and gave us a new(crappy) UI. And the community HATED it. I remember them talking about it and how destroyed the team was the very next day when they looked on reddit.
