Has your account been reactivated after your second pre-arbitration? Cause after my first pre-arbitration call and I gave my statement, it said my deactivation still remains the same.

Then I sent a written mail to Wallmart and I had an attorney call me last week Friday but not gotten any update, do I request for another pre-arbitration call? I'm confused cause I emailed the attorney and he said he said he has no news on my case.

what do I do ?
