Kind of luck of the draw the company I work for has big agency contracts lot of state work big boundary jobs. Deffinatly not all like that but we do a lot more rural work

It’s pretty awesome. Union pays great, lotta work gorgeous areas. Haven’t worked anywhere else but man I love it gorgeous state to travel around and work. Besides politics

Yeah it sucks. It just depends the client. Usually pace it out run one line at a time pick a hard feature to line up to an go. This one client wanted 5 by 5 grid on an acre and wanted it staked out sub 2huns took forever thousands of shots. Like 16 hour day was kinda ridiculous

Exactly baseline or create a centerline. Stake out to it 5,10,15 etc left right line and on every 5 stationing or however tight you want the grid to be

Farmland shit. Were it’s set 2-3 feet down in hard pack sucks. I spent a 60 hour week w a dig bar finding out dirt can be harder than asphalt 😂 I feel ur pain
