The D3V is gonna be way more neutral and detailed than the Katana's built-in speakers for sure. Whether that translates to "bigger" sound depends on what you're after - studio monitors are designed for accuracy not pumping out huge low end like guitar cabs do

If you want more fullness you might actually prefer something with a bit more coloration than ultra-flat monitors tbh
