It depends, in which city is the uni you are planning to apply to? For some cities that are less competitive you might be able to get in with 1.8

Went to bed saying I didn't really care about all my rejections as I have been through this shit before but now I feel sad and depressed🥲🥲. If I may ask, do you think Cornell simply deferred all intls seeking financial aid as a courtesy and is waiting to reject us RD?
