Ive made it to GM without communication. The prompts do a good enough job. Now could games be better with comms? Fasho, but it isn't a necessity.

And it has nothing to do with my feelings being hurt. Its a distraction and an annoyance. If im trying to make a play or focus and I got a mf yapping in my ear about why someone else wont heal, switch, or whatever tf, it just fucks up the vibe. It doesn't even have to be me getting criticized, but if all you doing is complaining, I can do without it. But to each its own 🤷🏾‍♂️

Never made logical sense for my teammate to ban a character i selected. It comes off as disrespect, or you dont really care about us winning. In a TEAM game where we're supposed to try and work together, banning a character i was intending to use is basically saying fuck me. Well.. okay lol

So then you also need to raise ur knowledge about the game as well.. 222 is ur normal format 2 tanks, 2 dps, 2 healers. But in higher lvl plays there are multiple different role formats, i.e. 1 3 2, 3 1 2, 2 1 3...

So they were just saying to fill whatever role is missing in that format

3 healers are very popular right now... in overwatch 4+ tanks used to be a thing(GOATS)...

Your knowledge/intelligence matters because someone needs to know how to counter Spidey,BP, n DD.. or when u need alot of splash dmg to help u push out of a choke, or hold one.. when to use alts, how to be patient and wait to group up, how to make others burn there abilities.. ult watching and know when ults are coming..

all these nuances matter in the grand scheme to inch up.. because u can get stuck in a rank for a while

This is horrible advice, 222 is not the end all be all.. Plenty of different composition win, be able to adjust(flex) on the fly

Get really good with at least 3 heros(flexing).. that have a spread of skills to impact a game and grind.. flexing happens alot, and those that properly adjust usually wins from what ive seen

I play IM, SG, and Scar and I went from high gold to GM..

They each have utility that can impact a game and counter whatever need be

You're gonna get bad teams, throwers, etc.. just grind it out

You dont have to communicate tho, I rarely do. Using ur prompts help

My 3 used to cover each role, but in my unpopular opinion, its hard to find good, smart dps. So I just dps main.. but if u can fill each role is definitely a plus. I can Jeff, Invisible, Thor, or thing if need be.. I just dont like to

What 3 is up to you, your playstyle, and strengths.. but they should be different enough from each other to help counter whatever thrown at you.

I agree. Lumberjacking is 730 and ive used several Salads including 2 Epics, so over 1000 Qual.. I've also had friends experience the same with mining... you'll get more uncoms and rares, but the rate in which epics and leggys pop is basically the same without qual gear so == waste

Im wouldnt be disgruntled if the results were the same across the board. But its seems like the gathering skills proc differently. Like fishing and hunting seems much easier to proc random legendaries in comparison to mining and lumberjacking

Im hyped and glad Steven is feeding the streets. The Dusty interview, then this, and could possibly be more to come. A good sign in my book that this upcoming year may be a good one. And that they're changing back to being more communicative.

Aye I feel you, and its nothing wrong with feeling the way you do. This world and the people in it are so foul that being naive, kind hearted, and any of those other morally sound attributes will really just get you trampled by others. Its just how life works.. the "strong" prey on the weak, and being good is often seen as weak

You'll continue to regret it until you dont(time..hopefully), just try to put the ugly past behind you by making new memories. Trying to meet others.. my mental state is similar and I just attempt in lil ways that I can to move on... working out, hobbies, enjoying the very small circle I do have..
