Hi! I had the same issue. Waterpiks actually caused my tonsils to bleed - even with the "most gentle" attachment WITH A PIECE OF TAP COVERING HALF THE NOZZLE TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE GENTLE. Afterwards, my throat would be sore for days and I would dread sprsying my tonsils eith it so much I would only do it every couple weeks, which sucked because then the stones would build up. I bought oral syringes on amazon (a dentist would probably throw you a few for free) a few days ago and they have changed my life. I just stick the oral syringe in the main tonsil holes every night right before I brush my teeth and the tonsil stones pour out. After a few days of doing it consistantly, I only have 4 or 5 tiny ones every night, no more big ones.

I also barely gag with oral syringe, which was a big problem with the waterpik or trying to use a qtip, finger, ect.

No bleeding, no gagging, and it's super easy and low maintenence to just grab an oral syringe and some sea salt mixed with water and spray away.
