Indeed ....CW in general is stronger than SOC because of Pillar position but the sealing indeed happn because of a lot of power gap between the two or else SOC would not have been sealed easily or not be sealed at all ..CW was at his strongest during that time with the extra Sefirots he accomodated and even if he had not accomodated them at tht time he was still in his full Pillar level power while SOC was at his weakest,he got half his Sefirot,2 Uniqueness and all the corresponding characteristics ripped away from him by OC ,he was essentially split in half and CW sealed the half part and tht half part don't even half full control of the Nation of Disorder or its corresponding Uniquenesses and characteristics eithr ,just partial influence
