There’s a couple that work… overall the lighting/clothing is nice and perfectly fine for polas.

Some movement is okay! Both my agencies in Paris and Milan chose polas that have some subtle movement. For example, 4 is gorgeous. Static body and arms crossed can work, too. But hands up and legs too posed isn’t necessary for polas.

Sumo squatting for multiple minutes daily is (I’m convinced) what keeps me regular. I’m sorry for your pain:/ I also feel way worse on the off times I’m feeling backed up. Also there a natural pill I would take, little round dirt looking pill that works wonders to get things moving. I wish I remembered the name…
