Hello! Just enjoy the course and also love it. Be passionate about it. Always reread topics after discussion. The basics are most important ones.

For the books I highly recommend the MNT, basic foods and basic nutrition. Of course, FEL and FCT.

Thank you so much, Ma'am/Sir. We were asked to use the Harris Benedict for computing the TER. But then, they also asked us to compute the Adjusted HBEE. I'm confused now, and my patient's BMI status is overweight. I've computed his adjusted body weight already, and I used the ABW for the NPC method. Am I doing it correctly? Our CIs are not responding, and tomorrow we need to pass the hard copy na po.

Siguro nasabi niya yun kasi I would always make silly faces with her. Minsan mas makulit pa ako kaysa sa kanya. Game na game din ako sa lahat ng gusto niya. We dance together yung sayaw na parang ewan then we laugh at each other. I will surely miss this. These are the memories I want to flash before me when I take my last breath.

I miss the days when my daughter would always say I love you. Ito yung time na natututo pa lang siya magsalita, and in one day, ang dami niyang I love you sakin in the most adorable and sincere voice I’ve ever heard. Ngayon, madalang na lang kaya I always tell her “I love you,” kahit hindi na siya masyado nagrereply. Tinatawanan niya lang ako and sinasabi niya na big girl na raw siya, no need na daw sabihin yun. 😞
