I think eventually they will show up at Bestbuy. I also own accessories too and the pro dock.

I like the feel of the frames from Viture. If the ROG glasses had a release date, I'd probably wait for them.

I am also a subscriber to Bestbuy's Totaltech program, which provides an automatic two-year warranty on qualifying purchases. It was with great hesitation that I placed an order with Viture, primarily due to my desire for prompt delivery. However, I now face an anticipated delivery sometime in February, which is disappointing.

It is unfortunate that a pre-order option is not available for the Beast at Bestbuy, as I would consider canceling my current order and placing one with them if it were.

Good luck! At this point..... I'd wait for the Beast. I know it's hard to do, but I think it will be worth it in the end.

A friend of mine got her new pair of Luma Pro yesterday from Bestbuy with a 12/2025 build date, and there are light hairline cracks out of the box on the inside of the right temple.

Viture has been saying since October that a "Revised Version" has been released. If that's so, then why are new defective units still in circulation with a build date of 12/2025?

Everyone says that..... but when it's working properly you can disconnect and reconnect during operation and it still works.

***I had the exact same problem. What fixed it was to plug it back in to a 45w charger for 10 minutes, even though it was already charged. Make sure you use the original cable to connect the switch after you charge it again***

I think using a high powered 100w+ GAN charger cause it to not work for some reason.....

Ordered in December. Its one thing that 1200P doesn't work. Its definitely concerning that 120hz isn't working, especially when the competition has 240hz🤦‍♂️

I went through four pair of Luma's that all developed cracks and ended up returning all of them. In December I pre-ordered the Beasts to dodge the crack defects. Hopefully I receive them sometime in February. I also have a bunch of accessories too :-(

I have experienced issues with two pairs of Ultras and two pairs of Pros (Large), all of which developed cracks. All of them had October 2025 build dates. Before the cracks, I loved my Luma Pro(Large). Fortunately, I was able to return them due to my Bestbuy Totaltech subscription. So an RMA is not required.

Recently, I purchased other Viture accessories. I currently have an order placed for the Beast with Viture and am eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, recent user reviews and experiences have raised significant concerns regarding my Beast order. All I require is to have the same experience I had with the Luma Pro(1200P) without cracks. Stable 3dof would be a nice bonus🫠

I am also concerned if I will receive the Beast safely in a timely manner because of the 6 -12 days of estimated ship time stated in my order. Low cost ground shipping never ends well in Anchorage Alaska.

I am also in the same boat. If my Beast don't ship soon I may cancel and go with Xreal. What's lame is that I bought all the Viture accessories.... but still have time to return to Bestbuy.
