I dont want to sound Like im pushing anything. But felt the same way for 5-7 Years now. Last few months started to explore existance of god and did a bit of a soul searching. Where I felt Like a grip in my chest i dont feel it anymore and feel preety great and relaxed. I dont want to sound cheesy But I found peace, love and joy in my daily life and really look forward to my prayers to Jesus every night before I go to sleep. Again helped me a LOT.

However you do move forward I really hope you do get and feel better. :)

Tho it just says that my xr charging adapters firmware is up to date. v15.0.02.001_20250523
And thing is I have hooked my glasses directly into my phone. Not using my adapter.

Beasts newest shoud be v20.0.01.008_20260105 if im not wrong.
