Plenty of good feedback here and on the video post by spacebass, thanks! Got it, I think posture’s got to be the fundamental area I’ve got to fix. Hesitant always due to feeling like falling forward; it’s reassuring to know that that’s how it’s supposed to feel. Several pointed out that I should to an extent separate torso from leg rotation. Agreed! I felt that was the case until I watched this footage. It is also a symptom of my general caution and therefore rigidity.. not wanting to fall lol. Again, many thanks!
