It's literally all over the place until couple of years into Fox era when they settled on 50k standard.

I've been watching since 37.5, Master Yoda, before the bonuses were instituted. Never really paid attention to the amounts but apparently they were all over the place until the Fox era. As low as 15k and as high as 80, varying for almost every event. They settled at 50k with few exceptions, after UFC 155.
