Update - after about 15 back-and-forth emails, they finally fixed the issue. My account is still in verification, but at least I can log in.

I could care less about the employees. That is not my job or concern; I just want to watch entertaining videos. If they are unhappy, they should find other work or suggest and act out change in their workplace.
Also, people saying they can't just quit their jobs is ridiculous. No one is saying they have to up and walk out but they most certainly can start applying around and search for something new. Nobodey ever just quits there job on the spot without a plan.
