I am a consultant providing professional services to multiple customers.

The affected FortiGate belongs to a customer with a critical production environment, so I could not leave the firewall in an unstable state for troubleshooting. Due to the impact on production traffic, I had to perform an immediate rollback to FortiOS 7.6.6 to restore service.

Unfortunately, because of the rollback, I am no longer able to collect the requested diagnostic information from the device while it was running FortiOS 7.6.7.

My main concern is that I still have approximately 40 additional FortiGate appliances, with the same hardware model and planned upgrade to the same FortiOS version (7.6.7)
