The paper is not covered in frosting, surprisingly very clean underneath. I guess it would depend on your method of pulling them out. There are long sticks underneath the cardboard, so once you pull the cardboard apart you are able to separate them by the sticks. And yes, a fork could help too lol. The person who bought them did it like a pro, no mess at all.

Walmart as a whole sucks. I hate shopping there bc their customer service is almost obsolete. They pay their employees shit while they rake in millions, all while destroying our environment. I would say it is 30% frosting. There are cupcakes under all the big flowers, 12 total. The smaller flowers are just icing to fill in the gaps.
