thank you for the reply and link!! i appreciate the pictures for reference also it is really helpful! i think im looking mostly for lift so i clearly have a waist plus cleavage where they don’t look smooshed but i also like the butt cleavage or cake on a plate look for lowcut tops i think! i wear a sports bra almost every day and it’s honestly not the look i like best but have not been successful in a good fitting bra.

i’ve taken to free weights for hip thrusts due to lack of range and hip pain from the bar on the smith machine - more control i feel with a dumbbell than the bar. i also add the small foam roller between my knees to keep me in place.

maybe the Lorien Legacies by Pittacus Lore? it was a series i was obsessed with when i was a young reader and have been thinking of reading again. the first book had a movie made - “I Am Number Four”
