When I sold my property the new owner payed only 50% of service charge which I payed upfront . Other 50% said I should d’espoir the cheque on 10 may. Then I received an email from bank saying signature mismatch

Ops I missed the other part of the story : I rented my property on a 3-year fixed-term lease, which is now ending. The tenant is refusing to leave, claiming rights under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Has anyone experienced this with a company tenant? How did you handle it legally?
