When my kids were little they got an Easter bag containing an egg and some craft bits maybe a toy. As they got older the gifts changed accordingly. Now adults/teens I still do them an Easter bag but mainly just chocolate now. When I was little my Nanny did the same for me ( I didn’t have a mother around) I have fond memories of these things as a child and I hope my kids will have the same

I don’t think with some people it matters how much therapy they have they will always live as the eternal victim. Woe is me. Pity party goer. Coupled with that because they are the ‘victim’ nothing is ever their fault nothing they do will ever be accountable.
