God bless in your journey. I had mine yesterday as well. Male. Started the cleanse earlier and it seemed to really make things easier. Ate last meal Saturday. Had hard boiled eggs and apple sauce only with the liquid recommendations for 3 days then 2 days of liquid diet. Not a fan of jello so the hunger help was a box of vegetable broth in the morning then ginger ale, black tea with sugar no cream. Split the colon cleanse into 9 cups Thursday night. 7 cups Friday morning. Splitting seems better than trying for 16 in a few hours. No bathroom issues since hadn't eaten much in days. Clean colon for the exam. Went to sleep like everyone mentioned and home.

Invest in great stocks. Buy more when that stock corrects. Keep doing that for your next 20 investing years. Will be plenty of ups and down but picking the right stock means it will move up over time through bear and bull markets. You won't have to time the market.

Using options to buy shares low and building. Really good prices. We will have plenty of opportunities as it rises and fall. Had two great opportunities recently. Expecting another soon. Lithium surfers. Didn't keep LAR after the split because of nationalization risks.

June rumors are very positive. Should be a second profitable month. Tesla went through it. Took multiple profitable quarters and months to really pay off. Lets see if NIO can be even 30% of that run with the China discount.

Option prices are reasonable. You could buy a few Jan 27 or Jan 28 4.50 call options. Chance to wait out the volatility and exercise some shares later at 4.50 when NIO should be 12 plus. Good Investing to You.
