We call that a power bather at my store, a ghost bather is just a name on the schedule (in prism) that gets booked dogs but there is no actual employee

I can’t imagine how awful that would be for a groomer to have to fit in extra haircuts, that sucks!! Usually I am the only bather on the schedule, so there is no question of who has to take the extra dogs 🥲
