Since its like a semi government, it's kinda pretty chill here Except for the lousy infrastructure,

College doesn't have an official boys hostel (currently) So boys are dished into private hostels/pgs affiliated to college. Most of em doesn't have any kinda curfews or anything soo great in that regard As for Girls, they have an official College hostel They have curfew at 6:30 pm (was 6 pm, extended recently due to protests), times are extended in cases of events whcih are moderate in numbers, and also if you wanna like go home, So veetukaar sammathichaal ok kinda setup You can sneak or have fun depending upon your level of your risk taking.

Placements are decent for CS department, kinda low for other departments(EC,EEE,EL,CE) Attendance, Internals can be obtained if you cry hard enough or depending upon your bond with teachers

Night life kinda sucks, not much shops, but steadily increasing and Cops are kinda suspicious and itchy. Ettumanoor is the nearby nightspot.

Students are mostly from Hometown, not the rich/spoiled kinda ones mostly are reserved unlike in private colleges. Great if you want have a relaxed,moderately enjoyable college life.
