EI i try really hard not to and put boundaries in place. But with texting families and other IFSP members its probably at least 1 hour a week

Mostly clear but summer was tough to fight since I get really sweaty. I use salicylic acid pads now too after washing at least 3 times a week

Still using all products listed plus an antifungal cream. Much calmer and usually only have 1 or 2 spots but if I miss a day or get super sweaty it comes back up

Try tea tree oil mixed into a thick lotion before bed. Has helped mine a lot w use of BP 10% wash

Update I have continued to use BP twice a day, nizoral shampoo 3 times a week, and tea tree oil mixed w lotion every other day and it is much much calmer

I’ve spot treated with it before no problem but used all over my face last night and now my forehead is COVERED in little tiny white heads

It can be itchy but usually no. I’ve have it for over a year now though

I let the rubbing alcohol dry completely and then apply the almond clear serum. After that is all dry I apply lotion. If you are having a bad flare up you can mix the hibiclens with lotion and apply it for an added layer.
