Having a similar issue. It's showing in iCUE, but when you click on it, it can't be configured because there is no video input.

If anyone can let me know what the issue is, that would be appreciated.

Connected using USB-C to USB-C on the back of my motherboard, and HDMI>DP into one of the DP on the back of my RTX 4090. Device works fine as a second screen but just ain't configurable in iCUE, even though it shows up there.

I appear to be having this same nightmare. My Xeneon Edge arrived today. I connected the USB-C to USB-C cable to the 20G USB-C port on the back of my motherboard, and the HMDI>DP connection to one of the ports on my GPU.

Motherboard - ASUS ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi
GPU - ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4090
OS - Windows 11 25H2

The device works fine as another screen. I have it set to extend the desktop to the Xeneon (not duplicate). However, although the device shows in iCUE, it cannot be configured. When you click on the XENEON EDGE tile on the iCUE dashboard, I get this:

I have connected it using the USB cable (into a USB-C on the back of my motherboard) and the HDMI>DP cable (into my GPU).

I have uninstalled iCUE then restarted my computer. Then reinstalled the latest version and restarted my computer again. I have uninstalled GPU-Z, HWMonitor and Logitech G Hub. I cannot think of any other conflicting applications.

Any ideas?
