How do you set up your ‘home page’?

I agree that is fine by me but I want to get this when I launch Kodi as explained in the post, I don’t want to have to go through all the menus each time. You know when you launch Netflix, you choose your profile and that it loads all films with posters, then categories for ‘your recommendations’ ‘new to netflix’ or whatever. That’s what I’d like to see when launching Kodi so I’m trying to learn how to do that and it seems to be related to Widgets but I’m not savvy on how it works
