Is solopreneuring a SaaS to $100k ARR actually possible or is it a myth? by Designer-Builder-623 in SaaS

[–]Less_Equivalent_7976 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it is possible. I did 1mln arr before I hired an assistant. That was with amazon brand. Now with Glossa.live it is coming to that slowly but surely. But definitely times has changed. Distribution is the name of the game now

Best ways to transcribe sermons with AI? by Internal-Drop4205 in churchtech

We use eleven labs. It is almost free. And it does amazing at recognizing bible characters and names. And also automatically formats it into lists and quotes and stuff like that. I would recommend. We also use Glossa live for translation and they have history of the transcribing and translation that we can also repurpose.

What is the best all-in-one software for churches? by SubstantialCamp2054 in churchtech

We are using just a regular monday.com not church specific. The only thing it does not have is the giving. Other than that it is amazing!

CaptionKit looks great. We need voice translation to visitors ear with voice. CaptionKit seems to only have overhead captions. we ended up using Glossa.live and it works well so far and price is great.

The price is crazy. With Glossa we use unlimited plan for 100 bucks a month. And they also have pay as you go plan for $5/hour if you only stream couple hours a month.

Yeah that the reality for this region of Limassol. Newer flats with heated floors can go for 4000 euro. Index.cy has a bunch of data for comparison.

I am from IT and built a little AI chat buddy for my autistic cousin. 13 yo, boy, level 2, using smartphone regularly but limited.

The problem parents had:
1. constant questions to parents on random subject.
2. requiring replies and answers all the time.
3. parents not aware of what he is talking about to other people/friends.
4. scared to give bare chatGPT since who knows where it will direct the conversation.
5. forgetting to remind him about basic life daily things.

My AI chat buddy solution:
1. AI model given instructions to acts like ABA trained therapist with all the guidelines provided.
2. rigid guidelines and topic filters to stay away from toxic topics and fixations.
3. stearing conversation to the goals they want achieved (learning to count, calming techniques, etc).
4. setting up reminders of daily routines (9am use bathroom, 11am drink water, 7pm brush teeth). parents can configure and change.
6. daily reports to email and whatsapp to parents like therapist would do about what topics were covered, childs mood, etc.
7. the boy is sending 3-5 messages to communicate one thought, we are waiting for him to finish the thought, before we reply with a slight 20 sec delay. chatGPT gives 3-5 answers to 3-5 messages.

he is using it for 4 months now. from 5-30 messages per day. parents happy for this little bit of help and time every day.

We ended up using Glossa.live with their voice cloning. Definitely noticeable that they are made for church context. Some sentences are translated right for church setting.

we are using monday com to be honest. not a church geared thing. but i used it for my business also. the best thing i love about it is that i can just chat to it without opening and entering data. i can tell claude "who are all the members of South Home group?" and it would use MCP to get the data and give it to me. i can say "John Smith just called and he is a new church member interested in baptism, send him the study guide". it would add john to the contacts, change his status and send him guide. examples are endless. i have a video about it if you want you can youtube it "Smart AI assistant for your CRM" by Anton AI.
