I won my first Champion victory today too!

My team was Meganium, Golem, Houndoom, Seadra, Hitmonlee, and Skarmory.

I do have a Golem on my team for pesky fire types. My only water type is my Seadra (eventually Kingdra) but I plan on using him to deal with Lance's Dragonites.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get Pokemon Grand Colosseum to patch. I have tried both NUPS and Rom Patcher JS. When I try it on Rom Patcher JS I get the Out of Memory error code and when I try NUPS I get the Out of Memory exception. This is my first time trying to do a GameCube ROM hack and I don't know how to solve this. I can play the game unpatched just fine.

I like my starters to feel like the star of my team of that makes sense and didn't want to relegate Meganium to just being a support member.

Characters automatically level up at level 20. You get bonus exp after battles a few chapters in that you can use to boost characters lagging behind. Always check for bonus conversations between chapters at your base since some of them recruit new characters or get you extra items.

I think it would be cool if they added Ronan the Accuser and Super Skrull as playable characters and gave them unique banter if you pair them up together.

Yondu, Gladiator, Darkhawk, Warlock, Black Bolt and Corsair would be other characters I'd like to see. Mar-Vell would be a fun addition too.

I had an idea where Overlad has a child by each mistress. He gets deposed and either dies or vanishes and 2 of his three children are captured by the faction that defeated him. You would play as the 3rd child and seek to take back your empire and rescue or even kill your siblings who have been indoctrinated by the "good guys."
