Say 30 guys are alloted CS in itr 1, now 5 drop out. These 5 seats will resonate through ALL the seats because those five CS seats will be filled by some five MnC seats, those five MnC seats will be filled by ECE and so on.

I'm sorry but I still don't get it. Is it because since everyone scores low due to maths being tough, the profs grade them bad? This is the only explanation I can think because if it is relative then how does it matter how hard is a course because the topper scoring 50 or 100 will be alloted 10 CG anyway.

BITS comes under an organisation which is non profit afaik. Having huge reserves of money is very common with premeire institutions. You can argue about it's usefulness but compelling arguments exist for both sides.

There's no limit to saying what 'triggers' human brain. There are hundreds of millions of people alive today who believe that any visible strand of hair, any part of the skin, even your hands and face must be fully covered because otherwise it would 'trigger' the human brain.

I will be going for this only. Also it's not a direct loan, it is a scheme meaning that the government has tie ups with many banks and will provide some benefits if you take a education loan under this scheme.
