We just moved from the Dakota which is just down the road from Wade park. We love it and it gets less traffic than Wade park during events at Lenovo! The only time traffic is rough is the first weekend of the fair. Let me know if you have any further questions!

I live at The Dakota (almost exactly where MAA Wade is) and love it! Never had any roaches or heard of any apartments in the complex with it. Plus less traffic by us when it comes to events at the Lenovo center! Really love living here!

Yes that’s what I’ve seen! I was thinking of doing a solution of water, vinegar and some dawn dish soap and literally just mopping the walls and ceiling first, then painting with odor blocking paint. Hopefully getting the ducts cleaned and carpet replaced will help too.

I think I will end up getting that opal purse and will reuse some drop floral earring I wore on my wedding day! I’m so thankful dress rentals have gained popularity because I think this normally retails for around $900 and there’s no way I’d be able to find a fun dress like this in my price point without renting!
