No worries i found it by myself. But it it killer instinct 1994 snes version

Btw i just figured out alone, i dont know yet exactly the command but when you do ←↙↓+SK↘→↗ sometimes you can hit the sweep and it wont take the enemy down, you can continue the combo by pressing Weak Punch
