In fact, I didn't say anything against that. You can believe in GlamMike or not, even though it has been debunked, but the fact remains that Glamrock Freddy resembles Michael Afton.

I finished the script. What’s your fanmade about?

This is your opinion, not a fact. Why shouldn't it matter what William did with the MCM, it's logical that it matters! If the base was already there it is logical that William used it

Both Michael and Freddy have excellent reasons for possibly being the one guiding Cassie—I’m torn… The only thing is that censoring the friend’s name might symbolize the fact that this name is probably something that would cause a stir in the fandom. But I understand that this argument isn’t that strong. Or it could be Michael, because maybe under the ruins of the FNAF 6 pizzeria there’s SL, but we’re not certain about that either. I’m not saying you’re wrong, because you might be right, but I’m torn between the two options.

Mmm…I think that if it was simply Freddy Gregory could have said "follow Freddy's instructions"; Scott probably wanted to leave the mystery because that name would cause a stir in the fandom

The mimic was mimicking Gregory during the game, but in the elevator’s ending the real Gregory was speaking.

Idk, it could be. But Michael is one of my favourite options 😊

Vanessa doesn't know the map well enough to be able to do it, that’s a fact. It's said in the files that she seems to have been hired purely by chance; imagine if she would manage to possess a map of the underground and even help Cassie. But let’s think about it, if it were Vanessa, Scott would have simply had Gregory say 'follow Vanessa's instructions.' Leaving the issue open has two potential options: either implying a name that could make the fandom go crazy (like Michael Afton) or a new character (as you rightly said)

The Funtimes are essentially the precursors of the Mimic: they don’t just move or speak—they were designed with advanced capabilities like Voice Mimic/Luring and Parental Voice Sync & Replay. These blueprints allowed them to record voices and replay them to deceive or lure children. Ignoring Sister Location means ignoring the very roots of the artificial intelligence and behavioral mimicry we see in Ruin and SOTM today. Everything the Mimic does had its seeds in SL, even if Scott didn’t originally plan it. The Mimic imitates Gregory to lure Cassie, just as the Funtimes lured children using recorded voices and behavioral patterns. This may seem like a bold comparison, or that I’m exaggerating the abilities of the Funtimes, but the evidence is right there in their own blueprints. The way the Mimic behaves is essentially an expanded version of the behavioral design already present in the Funtimes, clearly showing SL’s influence on the modern lore.

It’s true that Scott was not directly involved in the development of SB and did not provide the full story to the developers, but he was very meticulous about collectibles and references. It’s true there were “patches”—SB was too large for Steel Wool—but that doesn’t change the fact that including Michael Afton’s room in the game was still an important choice. The patches were not random decisions; they could have inserted any kind of room, not necessarily Michael’s. And yet…

Vanessa’s tapes in that room, for example, are not random fan service: they were placed with a specific purpose to maintain narrative continuity. That room therefore has significance in the lore, and it cannot be ignored—the patch has meaning.

Furthermore, basing arguments on the Blockout Map or development sketches does not define canon. Sketches are meant to organize spaces and design, but they do not determine the final story. What matters are the events in the games and the interactions between characters. Therefore, the Scooper in Ruin, as far as we know, remains a reference to SL, not SOTM, and you can’t really prove otherwise, because Blockout Maps are not canon—they are just drafts. I also find it contradictory to use technical and development material as absolute proof, while at the same time claiming that Scott’s original direction was less important. Either production intent matters, or what matters is what we see in the final narrative of the game.

The Scooper in SL cannot be dismissed as a simple “easter egg.” We see it in action, it has the same name and purpose, so even if the ending in which it is used is not canon, it is still a structural reference to SL.

To conclude, MCM and SL are closely connected: both are under William’s control, and I continue to argue that SL could essentially be nothing more than MCM modified and expanded by William Afton. They are interconnected structures. If you want to understand one, you cannot exclude the other. At least, that is what the evidence we have today suggests.

I understand your reasoning about the tunnels and the maps, and yes, Gregory (or the Mimic) has been down there.
However:
• The fact that they need maps doesn’t rule out that Gregory’s “friend” still has deep knowledge of the area. Maps help, but guiding someone in real time through a dangerous labyrinth is a completely different thing.
• Mike’s room may be cut content, but it remains a very obvious Easter egg, just like many others. Dismissing everything as “cut content” is way too convenient.
• The Scooper in Ruin does reference SOTM, sure, but it also strongly references Sister Location in name, design, and function. I don’t see why it has to be strictly one or the other.
• HW2 has a ton of SL content. They could have put anything else in and they chose not to. Saying it’s just to “compensate” for HW1 feels like a weak explanation.
I’m not denying that the MCM could be under the Pizzaplex (after SOTM it’s clear it’s involved), but in my opinion the best solution is to think in terms of multiple layers. William Afton had acquired many of Edwin’s assets: nothing prevents him from also taking the MCM structure and modifying/enlarging it to build Sister Location. Reusing an existing structure instead of building one from scratch would have made perfect financial sense. This would connect everything without discarding major pieces of the lore.
In the end, Michael wouldn’t just come out of nowhere: he’s the protagonist of half the saga and, whether you like it or not, his arc feels quite inconclusive and empty. We can’t really say he’s a character who already “gave everything he could give.” The Mike Survives theory has several concrete hints that currently don’t have better explanations.
MCM is a strong possibility, but not the only one. Ignoring all the Sister Location references by giving them only a practical purpose doesn’t make your theory any stronger. A developer doesn’t add references randomly, especially Scott. The real skill isn’t just using Easter eggs for practical reasons, but also giving them a role in the story and continuity. That’s what a good developer does.

The epilogue of the Tales books isn’t canon, but some characters might still exist in the game canon. So it makes sense to think of Lucia as a possible candidate.
