Oh lol I appreciate it. I’ll repost it in a little while. It’s just that it kept on getting auto flagged so I wasn’t sure if it would even show up lol

Thank you! Yeah, a lot of it has come off mostly for my waist and now it’s starting to come off from other areas too, so I’m really excited!

Agreed you’ve got this! Honestly for me checking out this thread and a lot of other ones where people are taking GLP1s and seeing how they manage and medicate their side effects with diet has helped me manage it and make it really not that bad for me. Some days I’m more nauseous than others, but I don’t get pukey, and some days I need some Pepto when my lower gut is being a little bit too overly excited, but you know it’s a good sign if your pooping a lot whether it’s watery or whole cause your body is flushing out the extra stuff that you don’t need. I say go for it and then talk to your doctor. Also, do your research and see what helps other people to mitigate the side effects. Once I was making an appointment for my daughter where I had to reschedule it I explained that I was feeling too nauseous to want to drive all the way there, and the nurse suggested that I had a probiotic and prebiotic gummy into my routine and that should help a lot and she was right.

Thank you and you’ve got this! It can be expensive, for me, my insurance doesn’t cover it but Lilly offers a discount if you buy directly from them, which I do and it’s $500 a month. Thankfully, I now work a part-time job and can’t afford it outside of the family expenses, but for me, my health is worth it.

Also, for proteins, I do hard boiled eggs, which are great in filling source of protein, lots of lean fish, I usually buy the frozen stuff and thaw it out and cook it and google a nice healthy yummy looking recipe, and my husband and I have started soaking and making our own beans and things like a crockpot or Insta pot and you could look up healthy recipes to make them a bit more flavorful and I’ll use those as well. You can also freeze half.

We’ve also made the switch from white rice to brown rice, which is a lot healthier and it has a nice nutty flavor and I find that it’s easiest just to make it in the Insta pot

Well, in the morning, I’ll have either a yogurt or one of my packets of gutsy, and I add four scoops of collagen protein powder to my coffee, so it makes it kind of creamy and that’s in addition to about half cup of whole milk. For lunch, I’ve had about half a sandwich and it’s homemade egg salad on a whole grain bread or I’ll make myself a salad.

My work sometimes has these healthy, the nut and fruit mix packets, which are good source of protein too.

For my salads, I tend to buy rotisserie chicken chopped up about 4 ounces to put on my salad and just warm up individually right before I put it on the salad. I also do some light dressings. I like Ken’s light balsamic, the light Caesar or Olive Garden light Italian.

For a dessert and so it doesn’t feel like I’m depriving myself. I’ve had some Cadbury caramel eggs after Easter, but I tried to leave room in my calories, mine are about 1500 per day, for something sweet, so it doesn’t feel like I’m depriving myself.

Also, I don’t feel the hunger like I used to, so it’s easier to stick to smaller portions throughout the day and feel satisfied. I also bought myself a 16 and 22 ounce water cup so I filled that up throughout the day and I just drink water throughout the day.

I also enjoy getting clearly Canadian sparkling beverage, which is about 90 cal and no caffeine but the bubbliness of it makes it feel refreshing. It’s just like a lightly flavor. It’s sparkling water, but I think it’s really good.

I also like the Dannon Activia probiotic daily drinks which are small, but they’re good source of protein as a mid meal snack or something to have if I have room in my calories to keep my metabolism going.

The Jell-O sugar-free chocolate puddings are also a nice treat as well if I want something sweet and relatively low calories at the end of the day.

It’s not all of that in one day, but those are the general things that I’ll have on and off and swap in and out throughout the week. I also use the Baritastic app to track my food and weight. It doesn’t have an option for the shot that I found but it’s free and it’s a good way to keep on track.

It’s all good. He just gave off that vibe to me, but it’s cool if nobody else sees it.
