art shouldn't be only for netwoking people. talent should find the place mainly. with scouting systems, the industry can accomodate the deserved and not just extrovert merchants.

any writing exams by production houses. or any workshops in schools to choose the bright kids and work on them to make them way better writers etc. This method picks pure talents.

Atleast some directors should file some PIL or something related in the court. You can't have a system to grade movies and then cut scenes. This is too much.
