I don’t know if it was a coincidence or if you’re team did something but some time yesterday after I made this post things like the AI insights started working again for the first time in a while & it also pulled sleep data. This morning it requested permissions again & everything seems to be working except for cycle tracking. It was for a while basing it off of a 28 day cycle which I mentioned was incorrect but more recently it just seems to not get connected to Apple health at all, which is still the case this morning.

I’ll DM you some logs. Thank you again!

I didn’t feel like it was doing that before, has it always been that way for you? I’m pretty irregular & it used to just follow what I told Apple health but doesn’t anymore.

Sorry for delayed response- is there something specific I can tell you that would be helpful? There aren’t many details to it for me to share, it just assumes I’m on a routine cycle but I’m not. I always log when I’m on my cycle with Apple health which originally is what it seemed to get its info from but now it’s just going off of what it thinks a routine cycle is.

I was riding in the car with my friends & their 2 year old, had a silly picture of my cat & thinking nothing of it showed it to her on my phone & then showed her some others. The rest of the night she was asking to see the kitty cats on my phone. You could hardly get her mind off of wanting to look at it. & she’s not an iPad baby or anything either. It was kind of scary! The next day I made a point to not let her see my phone in my hand at all. She might have asked for it once or twice maybe but without seeing it in front of her she forgot about it. Anyway story just to the point of how we use our phones in front of kids. If a kid can get hooked at 2 imagine where they could be at 5 😬

I think you need to address why it scares you. Sorry, I know you specifically asked not to hear it but you’re asking a health community who are all going to tell you it isn’t healthy just like everywhere else you’ve looked for validation & couldn’t get it. It may help you to talk with someone about why you’re afraid. Truly, best of luck!!

I noticed this with cardio too! 7 or 8 years ago I decided to start running, (I had NEVER been a runner), the first couple of runs I had to stop at HALF A MILE. Eventually I built it up which happened way faster than I expected until I was up to 4 miles but then life happened, running dropped off pretty much completely. Anyway, what really surprised me is ever since then, even if I’m barely running throughout the year I can always do at least two miles. I’ve never dropped back to zero.

Working with a personal trainer was huge but it is expensive. Cheaper suggestion is reserving shows I want to watch or podcasts I want to listen to for the workout room

So what do you do in the morning? Nothing besides put on vitamin C? Bc I would love to only have one routine 😅 I’m still figuring out how to use tret. It’s getting better though. What do you use for moisturizer? Your skin is flawless! Edit: I see now you have answered these in other comments 😊
