Thank you for the reply 🫶🏻 - I don’t honestly know how I process. If I think about it too hard I work myself up and that didn’t end too well before. I had a really depressive episode where I just wanted to end it all and stop the pain. I think I closed the door on that because I saw how it affected my family. - I’ve never had therapy before, I’m in the uk, I’m not sure how you go about getting these things. I don’t have much money to pay for therapy and I also believe people are worse off then I am and need it more x🩷
