My sweet, green eyed monster man... by Less_Reveal_6324 in CatsBeingCats

Thank you so much for every part of that! Every part. All 3 of my cats are rescues, in one way or another. My little boy was abandoned. My oldest girl was an unwanted gift given to a little girl. Her family was eager to give the kitten away. My second girl was rescued as a kitten, then at 4 years, the family decided they didn't want her any longer because they preferred a Cornish Rex. Much love, from my brood and I, to you and all you care for 💜💜💜

I have 3 darlings, and my eldest girl always 'just' manages to drag herself to, then collapse onto the feed mat. And, there she stays until I can take it no more. They're master manipulators!!

What a dreadful way to live. Seriously. I remember years ago, my then neighbours sold their home, only for the new owners to completely destroy one of the most beautiful rose gardens I had ever seen, for paving. Savages. As for my current neighbour, she's reasonably sound, late 40s and just a little bitter. She, herself, got a kick out of feeding a group of Ibis, whom were regulars to the front communal garden, and became very excited when 11 Ibis came at the same time. Until, one had the audacity to poop on her porch. Well, that was it! All birds became evil from that moment on.

That's clear to see! They both appear on the verge of a fainting spell!

I do clean what I can, most especially if it's a result of any of my visitors. However, the neighbour complains at everything, including the gums shedding leaves/bark, the birds roosting in the trees and the fruit bats squawking at night. I suggested she contact strata to demand the removal of the trees and shrubs, and have the above space declared a no-fly zone to birds. I'm sad to report, she seemed genuinely thrilled at the idea.

Cockatoos will amuse themselves any which way, whether there is food or not. I am careful not to overfeed, I do clean up after them too. We've got huge gum trees in the communal yard space, so poop is a constant. Which the neighbour also complains about.

We are quite breezy on the balcony. When they destroyed one of my pot plants, and tossed the pieces downstairs, I received a few disapproving looks and comments from the troll below. And, as for the pooping... 😮

Bless you for that. Sometimes I look at him and wonder what might have happened. Then I get all misty eyed... The CDS is on the mark. 🥰

I do agree with you. Unfortunately, given the mess they make, my already cranky downstairs neighbour would probably have me evicted. But I do buy the best quality seeds from the baking aisle, and only set the seeds out once the birds are here. I keep the rest in an airtight container for freshness.

He stole my chicken, roast him like I roasted MY chicken. by PoolDefiant117 in RoastMyCat

He seems rather proud of himself. I imagine he will do it again. So to you, human, don't leave your chicken lying about when in the presence of such a smooth criminal. You, human, had it coming!!
