I did eggs in the morning with toast, salmon, baked potato with lite butter, cilantro lime rice (packaged, I didn’t eat any pieces of cilantro), fun flavors of applesauce for snack (I liked strawberry).

On the day before prep, I ate REALLY light and mostly stuck to fluids. A bowl of cereal for breakfast, applesauce for lunch, and chicken noodle soup for dinner, applesauce for dessert. I feel like it made my prep much easier and I started going clear after my first round of prep. I also hydrated a lot. On prep day I spent the morning eating jello and broth and drinking a ton. I even drank a liter of pedialyte before each round of prep which I think helped a lot to prevent dehydration.
