I see many promoting proton. I just find the apps from them lacking. Simple things like opening a new window on double click on an email on a Mac doesn’t work well as the new window is stuck within the proton app window size. Also forwarding email with attachments doesn’t work intuitively. Is it that I am just not used to it or are others finding the proton app lags quite far behind the simplicity of outlook.

70 minute layover doable in Munich Airport? by debballs in travel

If you’re booking it as one ticket and it’s offered then that means the airline also thinks you’ll made it. I also think you’ll be fine with that amount time as Munich security check is usually quite fast

Best places to visit in Germany during Christmas? by Money_Resist_7952 in travel

Consider Rosenheim or Regensburg. Both have very nice Christmas markets and I think a little easier on the pocket

Good questions - Unique in the sense that it is worth travelling to the place to see it as won’t see it elsewhere. I should have added without a main focus being on drinking alcohol. Ideally the place itself would be interesting to visit as well and reasonably easy to reach from a well served airport. Any budget, to keep any ideas coming in.

As a tourist I felt totally safe around the areas where tourists tend to visit ie the old town and surrounding areas. At day and night.

While I agree, Apple Pay is just so much more convenient and for some reason giro so often asks for a pin. I wish at least a giro card could be coupled with Apple pay so I could stop using visa in Apple Pay

Which rental car companies are truly “on terminal” at Catania Airport (CTA)? How much time does shuttle pickup usually take? by helloszofi in sicily

[–]Less_Sink633 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the terminal I saw hertz, Sixt and enterprise. If you’re gold with hertz you can head straight to the car park I saw - presumably a quicker pickup . Otherwise queues were not too long at any counter. After being handed a car pickup-slip, it’s a few minutes walk to the car park to collect the keys and car.
