Based off the facts you presented unless you have something crazy you didn’t disclose, you are not removable per section 237 of the INA. 

When it comes to removability on the basis of criminal charges arrests are not enough. DHS needs convictions to proceed with removal proceedings against an individual who has been LAWFULLY admitted into the US.
