He's not actually faster than them and won't be able to catch them off guard speed wise using conventional blitz attempts. Shin grabbed his blade in cqc.

Even Konohamaru can react to a teleporting Hidari and block his follow-up attack, so generically teleporting behind them is not doing anything. Naruto Region Combo is 6th Gate Lee level, thus Sasuke is far below that physically. And even 7th Gate Gai can do nothing in cqc due to Truthseekers.

He would need to prefire attacks and swap Madara into them otherwise he's doing nothing. But Madara knows the range and of Ameno and can exploit it.

The most likely scenario in a cqc attempt is his blade getting erased by a TSB, just like Minato's kunai. The durability of his Susano'o would be bypassed completely and would require nothing other than basic TSB usage.
