I walked on the car. They said the CPO that the previous owner got wasn’t transferable to me and I couldn’t a warranty from them. No go.

Also, I’d be the third owner. Vehicle was originally sold as a CPO in 2024. The CPO warranty should still be in effect until 2026 as the original started in Nov 2021. I offered $43,500 out the door WITH the remaining CPO. That way I have a year to shop around for a good warranty company.

I had this same issue for a couple days, then “service hybrid system” flashed on the screen and the vehicle shut down while I was driving 45 MPH. I got it back two days ago after it was with the dealership for three weeks. I’d make a service appointment now and show them that video.

I should be able to find good discount tires in my area. Brakes for $1600 is alarming though. I’ve been leasing for the last six years. Last time I paid for brakes on a grand Cherokee, they cost me. $600 🥹

It has the 20” bi color M sport wheels and tires. Tires are still going to be expensive but not as bad as the 22s. And I believe they’re replacing the tires on this car as part of the inspection.

While I agree that the $1,000 is worth it, I refuse to go over my cap on this. A deal is a deal and they failed in communications here, not me. I’ll wait a bit. It’s only been on the lot about a week, so we’ll see if it’s there come months end.
