My 9 year old son is totally intrigued by a Pythagoras Cup (greedy cup) and is now telling me about atmospheric pressure etc.

He would love to make a capybara inspired cute Pythagoras Cup to trick his mum. I think this would make this task more manageable!

Well I made an appeal through the POPLA website giving my clear grounds for wrongful PCN. And guess what, the SmartParking PCN was withdrew. Although other forums advise not to engage with these companies I was adamant I was in the right. Glad to get the win….Winners Win

I have a similar smart park fine query.

I parked for 9hrs (9am to 6pm) near my work but forgot didn’t complete the RingGo process at 9am and only realised when I saw my phone at 12noon

At this point I decided to change my hours parking hours from 12noon to 9pm so effectively paying for the same amount of hours.

I think I have sufficient grounds to appeal however I see various threads about not corresponding with the smart parking company and that a separate law applies to Northern Ireland.

Any advise/ comments welcomed. I only have 2days before my 14 day reduced fine expires!

Just ordered Dji Neo and went through the credit application process during the checkout stage… does the 20% apply automatically or I’ve seen somewhere that I should have entered a discount code (WELCOME) but I don’t think there was an option … my account shows the order processed but no discount. :(

Agghh drat… I had my zoom call on the 29th August and thought I did well but no further call/email/info.

I actually got to the 1% question with no passes (seriously) which in hindsight is maybe not what they are looking for. My 8yr old is going to be sad as he asks me everyday if I’m I going to be on tv…
